Vitalik Buterin is credited as the inventor of the Ethereum. He is the co-founder of the Ethereum Foundation which had held 12 million Ether tokens for development and service at the time of creation of the Ethereum Network.

At he age of six he moved to Canada. He had published the Ethereum Whitepaper in late 2013. He studied and practiced computer in University of Waterloo before dropping out in 2014 after receiving the prestigious Thiel Fellowship and a cash reward of USD 100,000.
He was also the co-founder of the Bitcoin Magazine in 2012 when he learnt about it from his father. He has written various informative articles on Bitcoin’s protocol and always provided a fresh perceptive to the issues.
With Ethereum, the Ethereum foundation aims to provide a decentralized platform to execute software and store data securely. User data is floating and trading on the internet like livestock. It aims to bring an end to the centralization of consumer data storage by gigantic units that has been breached by Facebook and other attacks on social and banking networks in the recent times.
